Regional Games are multi-sport events that are run by National Olympic Committees (NOCs) or groups of NOCs.

Sailing is included in a number of Regional Games and ISAF encourages MNAs and Continental Associations to have sailing included in Regioanl Games where possible.

Provisions are made in the ISAF Regulations for sailing's inclusion in Regional Games, including the equipment that should be used, competition format, scoring and race management procedures. ISAF shall appoint a Technical Delegate for Regional Games in Category 1.
